Is there any shipping charges?

For all orders above Rs.499, Oyeshop charges no extra amount. We charge shipping of Rs.60 on all orders below Rs.499.

Is there any charges for cash on delivery?

No, on all cash on delivery orders, no amount is charged apart from the shipping charges. We offer free cash on delivery

What is the estimated delivery time?

Oyeshop uses top courier companies like Aramex, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom and DTDC for the delivery of the order. It takes 5-6 business days to deliver an order all over India by Oyeshop. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. 

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Delhivery, DTDC etc. 

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes.

How to track a Shipment?
Oyeshop uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

What pin codes do Oyeshop covers for cash on delivery option?
Oyeshop has Cash on Delivery option available on select pin codes. If you wish to check the availability of COD service at your pin code, click on the link below.

What is the Return Policy?
We follow 5 Day return and exchange policy, for more details you can click here.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to return the Products after receiving. However, you have to simply request the return within 24 hours period of receiving the Product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@oyeshop.com and +91-9811228262. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. We except to you understand that the  bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.

Cancellation

The cancellation of the products will only be accepted if the the Products has not been dispatched by the Company. Once, the Product is dispatched, there will be no cancellation. However, You can request a return for the Product within 24 hours period  of receiving the product.
