What is the estimated delivery time?
Oyeshop uses top courier companies like Aramex, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom and DTDC for the delivery of the order. It takes 5-6 business days to deliver an order all over India by Oyeshop. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Delhivery, DTDC etc.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes.
How to track a Shipment?
Oyeshop uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pin codes do Oyeshop covers for cash on delivery option?

7 Days Easy Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to return the Products after receiving. However, you have to simply request the return within 24 hours period of receiving the Product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The cancellation of the products will only be accepted if the the Products has not been dispatched by the Company. Once, the Product is dispatched, there will be no cancellation. However, You can request a return for the Product within 24 hours period of receiving the product.
