Buying process can be done in two ways:

1) Creating a Personal Account for you with OyeShop either by furnishing your details or just email id. This is a way to have closer association with us, in exchanging all the updates, offers, newsletters and other communications as a member. Whenever you visit again you can Log in to your account.

2) Alternatively you can buy as a Guest by clicking on the items of your choice and adding them to cart.

Proceed to Order confirmation, carefully provide your shipping address; mention Discount Codes if applicable; and select the Payment Option and click Payment. Finished – Done - YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!

Instantly you will receive a Confirmation email and SMS from us. You can check Order History by Logging in to your Personal Account.

You can Contact our Customer Service 24/7/365 for any complaints, doubts and seeking help always on any matter, including Ordering Process.

2. Can I place an Order over Phone?

3. Can I change or modify my order after placing?

Sorry – after placing a confirmed order and payment, you can’t change your order; although certain modifications in the shipping address or change of delivery date are possible.

No adding or removing of an item ordered from the existing order is possible. If you need to add another item, you can place a separate order for that item or items.

If already shipped, only a change of address within your city can be made, by contacting our customer care staff. Only one address per order will be considered. Yet you can always change your delivery address anytime by Logging in to your Member Account.

For changing Delivery Date, only postponements of Delivery Date will be accepted, since we want to deliver your ordered items early always. You can also coordinate with your courier persons at your end.

4. Can I place bulk order for any item or items?

5. How do I know that my order placement has been successful?

You will immediately receive a Confirmation Email along with SMS message to your phone. All the details of your order and items will be there. You can also check your Order Status by Logging In to your Account.

6. Can I cancel my order with Oyeshop?

• You can cancel your order with us at any time BEFORE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.
•  For cancelling your order, you need to Login to your Personal Account with Oyeshop – select your order and click “Cancel” at the appropriate box.

7. How can I cancel my Order?

Cancellation of orders that have been shipped is not possible. However, if you wish to cancel your order before that, you have to raise a Cancellation Request. For this you need to go to “My Orders” Page; select the Order Details page; Click on “Cancel Order” icon; and ensure that your Cancellation Request is successfully entered. Your Cancellation Request will be confirmed by us within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Can I cancel part of my Order?

Oh yes, Follow the Cancellation Procedure as explained above. This is also possible only before the order is shipped.

9. Is it important to complete Registration for placing an Order?

Not necessarily. Yet it is advisable to register you as a Member during your first visit. There are lots of inherent advantages for you, to become a Registered Buyer of Oyeshop including getting into closer relationship with us.

10. Do I need to provide my address every time I place the Order?

• Not necessary in the case of Registered Consumer Members. You need to provide your address only once; and it will be saved in your Personal Account with Oyeshop and used for sending consignments whenever you order. 
• In the case of Guest/Visitor buyers, they have to provide the Shipping Address for safe and prompt deliver.
