How to order?

1. How do I place an Order??

Buying process can be done in two ways:

1) Creating a Personal Account with Oyeshop either by furnishing your details or just email id. This is a way to have closer association with us, in exchanging all the updates, offers, newsletters and other communications as a member. Whenever you visit again you can Log in to your account.

2) Alternatively, you can buy as a Guest by clicking on the items of your choice and adding them to cart.
Add product to the cart
Proceed to Order confirmation, carefully provide your shipping address; mention Discount Codes if applicable; and select the Payment Option and click Payment. Finished – Done - YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!
For Cash On Delivery orders, you will receive a OTP prior to order confirmation. Fill that OTP in provided box and then your order will be places successfully.
Instantly you will receive a Confirmation email and SMS from us. You can check Order History by Logging in to your Personal Account.
You can Contact our Customer Service 24/7/365 for any complaints, doubts and seeking help always on any matter, including Ordering Process.

2. Can I place an Order over Phone?

Yes – by all means. But the mode of payment will be only CASH ON DELIVERY. Just give us a call on +91-9811228262

3. Can I change or modify my order after placing?

Sorry – after placing a confirmed order and payment, you can’t change your order; although certain modifications in the shipping address or change of delivery date are possible.

Note:- 1. No adding or removing of an item ordered from the existing order is possible. If you need to add another item, you can place a separate order for that item or items.

2. If already shipped, only a change of address within your city can be made, by contacting our customer care staff. Only one address per order will be considered. Yet you can always change your delivery address anytime by Logging in to your Member Account.

3. For changing Delivery Date, only postponements of Delivery Date will be accepted, since we want to deliver your ordered items early always. You can also coordinate with your courier persons at your end.

4. Can I place bulk order for any item or items?

5. How do I know that my order placement has been successful?

You will immediately receive a Confirmation Email along with SMS message to your phone. All the details of your order and items will be there. You can also check your Order Status by Logging In to your Account..

6. Can I cancel my order with Oyeshop?

• Yes. You can cancel your order with us at any time BEFORE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.

• For cancelling your order, you need to Login to your Personal Account with Oyeshop – select your order and click “Cancel” at the appropriate box

7. How can I cancel my Order?

Cancellation of orders that have been shipped is not possible.

However, if you wish to cancel your order before that, you have to raise a Cancellation Request.

For this you need to go to “My Orders” Page; select the Order Details page; Click on “Cancel Order” icon; and ensure that your Cancellation Request is successfully entered. Your Cancellation Request will be confirmed by us within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Can I cancel part of my Order?

Oh yes. Follow the Cancellation Procedure as explained above. This is also possible only before the order is shipped.

9.Is it important to complete Registration for placing an Order?

Not necessarily. Yet it is advisable to register you as a Member during your first visit. There are lots of inherent advantages for you, to become a Registered Buyer of Oyeshop including getting into closer relationship with us.

10. Do I need to provide my address every time I place the Order?

• Not necessary in the case of Registered Consumer Members. You need to provide your address only once; and it will be saved in your Personal Account with Oyeshop and used for sending consignments whenever you order.

• In the case of Guest/Visitor buyers, they have to provide the Shipping Address for safe and prompt delivery .

Payment Options

1.What payment options do you accept?

Oyeshop considers customer happy experience on top of everything. So there are different convenient payment options for you, to pay happily and confidently such as -

*Please note that for COD, the limit of purchase is only ₹ 10, 000. A convenience charge of ₹ 60 (non-refundable) will be levied.. For buying certain valuable items from Oyeshop, only Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-Banking Payment is acceptable for safety reasons.

2.Is there a Purchase Limit for Cash on Delivery Orders?

Yes,For reasons of safety, the limit of purchase from us on COD basis is Rs.10000/-.

3.Is it safe to shop online using my debit card/credit card?

4. Are there any hidden charges in the pricing?

Absolutely not – we have stated very clearly that Oyeshop is a consumer platform, where we connect the buyers with the sellers from around the globe. So the prices as published under the item are full and final, which includes all Taxes. Not more – not less. Regarding Delivery charges, you will agree that these depend upon many factors like type of the item purchased; distance to your delivery location, the policy of the seller as published. You are advised to please check the seller policies of individual sellers and get satisfied

5. What should I do in case my online payment fails?

Please consider that online payment has several security measures, at every stage of the transaction. The chances of failing will be slim. But when your payment is declined, it may be due to your incorrectly furnishing the needed information like name, account details, password and billing address etc. There is also a remote possibility of your Internet connection getting disrupted, at the time of making payment – you can check and make sure. However, in the unlikely event of you’re receiving a payment failure and your bank account has been debited, Oyeshop has made available relevant facilities to credit back the amount to your account within 7 business days. 6. Why COD facility is not available to me?

Cash on Delivery payment option is based on the policies and functionalities of our Courier Partners. In some areas there are difficulties for them to effect delivery on COD Basis. You can get all the details for sure whether COD is available or not for a particular item by browsing over our site. Rest assured that Oyeshop always tries very hard to satisfy the customers in every way possible.

7.How can I pay if COD option is not available in my location?

As a valuable customer, you can always trust Oyeshop to make prompt deliveries to your doorsteps, including Cash on Delivery. Due to circumstances beyond their control, in some locations and areas, they have to regret their inability. Return & Refund

1. What is the Product Return procedure adopted by you?

Oyeshop feel that the Customer Satisfaction is a foremost important factor. That is why we permit our valuable customers to return the bought-out items, in case of non-satisfaction for whatever reason and get back their money. The only stipulation is that the customer is expected to file return WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

We accept returns if –

✔ You are not satisfied with the design, model or workmanship.
✔ There are damages to the product/package at the time of delivery.
✔ The product not conforming to the one you ordered.
✔ There are defects in the product.
✔ You experience fitting issues while wearing.
✔ You have change of mind and want some other item from the same category.

We will not accept returns if – 

✔ There is any physical damage to the box of jewellery or the product intentionally done/tampered at your end.
✔ The product has undergone wash or cleaning by liquids.
✔ The product is not in its original shape as we sent it
✔ The seal is broken, other than the outer packing
✔ The product is not returned with exactly the original packing, accessories and other items included in the supply, at the time of delivery
✔ The serial number given to the product at our end is missing, altered or tampered.

2. Can I cancel my order with Oyeshop?

Yes, You can cancel your order with us at any time BEFORE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. For cancelling your order, you need to call our customer care executives at +919811228262 or mail us at support@oyeshop.com – Do not forget to mention your order number and product name.

In case, the item has been shipped but not delivered to you, you can immediately get in touch with our Customer Service staff and inform them. They will be always helped to finish the cancellation process and getting refund smoothly.

If the item has been delivered and you want to return the same for valid reason and get a refund or replacement, please follow the Product Return Procedure.

3. How do I return the product?

If you want to return the product, first you must raise a Return Request with us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY at our website. For raising a return, you can immediately get in touch with our Customer Service staff and inform them. They will be always helped to finish the return process and getting refund smoothly.

4. Can I return a part of my Order?

Yes, Sure. Specify the particular product/products you wish to return, from the items of your selected order and follow the steps of raising the Return Request. In case of difficulty or doubt, feel free to contact our Customer Service Staff any time.

5. Can you please clarify the process time taken for Returns?

Oyeshop takes every precaution to hasten the Return Process. When you raise a Return Request successfully online, our staff will swing into action to pick the product/item from your address, within 2-8 days. This returned product needs to undergo Quality Inspection, to see whether the prescribed conditions have been fulfilled. Our Quality Staff inspection will be completed within 2 days from the date your product reaches. Then, depending upon the result of Quality Inspection, the Refund process will start within the next 3-6 business days.

6. What is Your Replacement policy?

We offer 7 days replacement guarantee on all our products. You may request for exchange within 30 days of delivery of product. You may ask for exchange or refund for the same product.

7. How long does it take to replace the product?

As soon as we get your request for the replacement, we start processing it. It will take 2-8 business days in the procedure to complete.

Shipping

1. Is there any shipping charges?

For all orders above ₹499, Oyeshop charges no extra amount. We charge shipping of ₹ 60 on all orders below ₹499

2. Is there any charges for cash on delivery?

Yes, on all cash on delivery orders, ₹50 extra is charges apart from the shipping charges.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

Oyeshop uses top courier companies like Fadex, Bluedart, Aramex, Delhivery and DTDC for the delivery of the order. It takes 5-6 business days to deliver an order all over India by oyeshop. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.

4. How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Fadex, Indian Post, Bluedart, First Flight, Delhivery, DTDC etc.

5. What about warranty and hidden costs (Gst Sales Tax, Octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes.

6. How to track a Shipment?

Oyeshop uses only reputed couriers We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email and sms within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email and sms will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

7. What pin codes do Oyeshop covers for cash on delivery option?

Oyeshop has Cash on Delivery option available on select pin codes. If you wish to check the availability of COD service at your pin code, you can check it on product page.
